The undersigned members hereby petition the board of directors to set
the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a special membership
meeting for the purpose of changing the bylaws to read parking on one side of street only,
and that notice and ballots be sent to the membership as provided for in
Corporations Code §7511 and Civil Code §5115.
The board has been sent the initial request for a meeting. We are waiting for them to acknowledge these bylaws concerns.

I agree with letting overnight parking be allowed except when snowing and parking on one side of street as long as the drivers of vehicles do not pull up on the persons grass of the house they park in front of(this was happening to our grass from our previous neighbors)

One sided parking with clear signs or painted curbs to designate when parking allowed. Plenty of cities and suburb have snow and parking on the street so not sure why the bylaws can't be amended.

I agree to allow overnight parking on the street as long as it's not snowing with some rules to prevent blight with cars being left on the street for an extended time.

Parking on one side is great, but I wonder how that would be dealt with on cul de sacs.

I also agree with this. I would also recommend we keep street parking a minimum distance from intersections as cars parked too close to intersections create flow issues and can be dangerous for kids crossing.

Please create one-sided parking on our streets! Our guests deserve it.

I agree with letting overnight parking be allowed, of course except when snowing to allow the plows through. And parking on one side of street.
