Amazon has officially confirmed they are parting ways with City Link. Seeing this change take hold serves as a reminder that our collective demand for better service has tangible power. I plan to keep a close watch on the transition to ensure our deliveries improve as promised.
Amazon are losing customers because of the poor service from CITY LINK. Even customers with Prime are not getting there delivery. Help us to tell Amazon to change there service provider for delivery! I for one will not order from Amazon if CITY LINK are doing the delivery.
No need to worry guys. They are slowly running out of decent customers. Be gone by early next year.

City link lost my parcel and then blamed me for it. Never again.

AMAZON NEEDS TO LISTEN. I lost two packages last month because these guys just left them in the rain.

My package has been sitting at the depot for 5 days now. Absolute joke of a company. Never using them again.

Seriously amazon sort it out. I pay for prime and expect my stuff on time not whenever they feel like dropping it off.
