1- Governments must recognize Amazigh people in their constitutions. 2- Tamazight (Amazigh language) should be an official language beside the country language(s). 3 - Governments must implement laws making the teaching of Tamazight compulsory at all levels (primary and high schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions). The teaching of the Amazigh language must be carried out in a free system. Governments must guarantee the funds and resources necessary for the development of the needed teaching aids. 4 - Governments must carry out a serious revision of the current history courses and programs. There are true falsifications of the history of those countries. 5 - Governments must create a television channel as well as local and regional radios in the Amazigh language.
