I realize that CPS is in the "keeping families together" but never at the expense of the child. I believe that if the signs are all there that this child/children are in imminent danger they should be removed regardless if this is the "first time" CPS is involved. If a child is in danger and CPS fails (as it has done many times) to recognize those signs and the child is killed, CPS should be held as responsible as the killers who murdered that said child. No more hiding behind your agencies government protection.

Amari's not the only child that's been taken in this senseless way, we need to start holding the people that put these children in these situations accountable for their actions

This shouldn’t be a normal part of life. These kids have no choice to be born or left with an abuser. Let’s hold everyone accountable and have harsher punishments like in every other country !!

I think that this bill will make a lot of parents more responsible. Our job as parents is to protect our kids against anything and anyone that will cause them harm even ourselves when we make bad decisions.

I don't like what has happened to little man I don't like how the system is corrupt there are plenty of woman who can't have kids and could have been with someone safe you should have left your kid with an abusive person I want the mother held for accountability bc she new that he was a violent person and now this poor baby doesn't get to grow up and live a normal life he don't get to experience what normal kid do he don't get to go to school and get a normal education and he was just get to know he daddy she could off let the poor baby go stay with his daddy
