I’d also like to know, for future voting purposes, whom all decided to use my tax dollars to pay a company from California to finalize these “chasing fans and players away” team names? It’s our tax money and there’s a signed receipt somewhere. And thank you City of Amarillo for making our city famous for “bahaha sod poodles” instead of good ol’ Amarillo.

Please review the submissions instead of these names! I dont like any if them. Amarillo Tornados would be great.

The Amarillo Yellow Jackets would be a cool mascot for the kids and the name wouldn’t be embarrassing like the names they’ve given us to choose from
Amarillo Patriots dedicated to all veterans of branches of the military and to the first responders of the panhandle area....
The names chosen are horrible, new names are needed. We will NOT be the sod poodles!!!!
