Terrible names for a baseball team! Since you have followed thru 100% with building a downtown stadium. Come thru a 100% on a name! The name is everything. Get it right the first time so we don’t have to rename a team years later...which has happened before in this city.

When I first saw this list, I thought it must be a prank. As the word got around and it was clearly no joke, I was disappointed to say the least. While I didn’t submit an entry, I surely thought the powers that be could come up with something better than these terrible team names. We have some really crazy team names in our youth baseball program, but none as bad as any of these. Please reconsider your short list and throw all these away.
