I agree all of these names are terrible

Their chosen names stink how about Wranglers, Dusters, something that identifies them with this part of the country.

Amarillo Wind Riders Amarillo Long Riders Amarillo Windsocks Amarillo Wind Hawks Although it is apparently re evaluated annually Amarillo has been named the windiest city in America before by the Weather Channel.

So glad I left Amarillo, I supported the Dillas and Gold Sox. But geez I would not support any of these five names if still there.

Why not just let us see the whole list of suggestions and vote? The top 5 to choose from are absolutely horrible. Maybe get someone who actually knows Amarillo look at the list. Whoever narrowed it down to these 5 is an idiot.
