Please give us 5 better finalist names for the Amarillo pro baseball team

This is the most obvious choice of disrespect I have ever seen. Choose something sensible.

I understand AA team names are not traditional names but these are an absolute joke. Go back to the drawing board and come up with 5 better names to choose from or better yet let some of the locals send in suggestions and take the best from them.

All 5 are bad. Amarillo can do better than this!

Listen to your people that will be paying to watch the new team. Think of the tee shirts and other merchandise. Make it at least an honorable name, the men playing for Amarillo deserve to be able to hold their heads up any time they are announced as a team. Stop with the cutesy names.

Those names are ridiculous and embarrassing. If I had to try out for a team name one of those I wouldn't do it I go to a different team. Amarillo doesn't will be laughing stock of the League. I think the colors should be black white and gold or yellow. Maybe something with a armadillo or a yellow rose

I agree with Jacob Cates' Letter to the Editor, AGN 6/4/18. I want to support the new baseball team; however, the names offered up do not reflect what Amarillo residents hope to convey. PLEASE dump these names and let Amarillo RESIDENTS and supporters of this team make suggestions to be voted on. We'll manage to come up with something really catchy!!!

What an embarrassing disregard for the community. The owner should be ashamed. Allow the community to actually choose the team name so the community will have buy in and pride rather than pure embarrassment.

C'mon people, really! Different is one thing, but stupid, that's another.
