There had to have been better suggestions in the 3000 submitted. I submitted Tumbleweeds, but I also like Road Runners, Panhandlers, Route 66ers, or Cadillac Ranchers.

I wouldn’t go anyway, so I don’t care. But, this was all a bunch of rich people and their political cronies game. All of it, from the get go. They wanted a stadium and a team and a name. They PRETEND to be including the city public, but they never intended to. It’s their toy!

I thought when I read those names it was showing the 5 worst suggestions. Those can’t be the final options. Please fix this. Amarillo is better than this. How about “The 66ers”?
