Explain to me how you can spend such an unfathomable amount of money on a stadium, and your cherry on top is one of these 5 ridiculous ass names. How do you even go about branding a Boot Scooter or a Sod Poodle? Amarillo Warheads would be such an ode to Pantex, an awesome mascot idea to work with and can be taken seriously. Please for the love of God, rethink these names.

I suggest a throwback name like Amarillo Texans. I really hope this petition prevents one of the five options from being selected, they are too long and very odd choices for a baseball team name.

This is ridiculous. If we are going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on this, why not make it something cool? Please fix this.
