These names are totally ridiculous. If you choose one of them you will guarantee empty seats. Your stay in Amarillo will be very short! Please reconsider your choices. I was looking forward to having baseball back in Amarillo, but I will not support a team whose name will make us the laughingstock of the league!

Roses, Ospreys, Bombs, Choppers, Waddies, Sky (or Skies), Coyotes. I'd take those over any of the ones offered.

I dont think any of these names represent the depth, complexity, and pride of either Amarillo's history or it's present. These names are laughable and perpetuate the image of Amarillo as a backwards, backwoods community rather than the modern city with a strong respect for its rural, pioneer heritage that I grew up feeling.

I would be embarrassed to have any of these as our team name. Would NEVER buy any apparel that had any of those names on them especially Sod Poodles and Amarillo Jerky. This has GOT to be a joke.
