These names are absolutely ridiculous. A city who is investing so much into a semi professional team should have a dignified name. This should be taken seriously and not come across as a marketing gimmick.

Would you move your family to sign with a team named “Jerky” or “Sod Poodles”?? I realize you can’t please everybody but these are ridiculous. Would prefer names more powerful like Tornado or Thunder.

Omg these names are awful. Maybe one name would do but if we are named the jerkys or poodles I'm never going to a game. I can't cheer "go poodles!" I can't do it man!!

Surely Amarillo has more respect for itself than these 5 names. These are easily five of the worst names for a team I have ever seen in my life. The only way you proceed with these absurd names, is if you want to be the laughed at, not taken seriously, and empty stadiums no support. I will not be supporting a team with these names, surly you can do better.
