This stadium (and this team) narrowly won a majority of the public’s vote to simply exist. Choosing one of these names is not going to win anyone over, and may likely cause previous supporters to lose faith in the endeavor. Please reconsider and give us options that reflect the toughness and resiliency of this region and this team!

These names are horrible and embarrassing. I can’t imagine a baseball player wanting to wear a team uniform with these names on them. The MPEV has enough to overcome without the embarrassment of a stupid team name.
