Cardiff City play in blue, their badge is predominantly a bluebird, their nickname is the Bluebirds. Cardiff City do not play in red they have no association with a dragon. There is no reason to change our tradition economically or otherwise. Please see sense Mr Tan. With a little humility you could be a popular man in South Wales as you should be. Admit your mistake and let's move on.

Tan Sri, You have the opportunity to become a legendary and iconic figure amongst supporters of Cardiff City. So far you have shown no footballing knowledge or insight into running Cardiff City. Forcing a change of colour on the club is the worst of them, how many club owners have even attempted such a thing? This should surely be an indicator to you as to the reception you'd get. You claim to be an honourable man, so do the right thing. Return our home colours to our traditional blue. Your popularity levels among City fans will rise drastically and you will demonstrate that you give a shit about us. If you continue as you have, you will show total contempt towards Cardiff fans and dishonour them. You risk a falling fan base and a business that will have little interest in your own country as it sinks in the league. Money will not fix this. You have made a balls up of things so far. Listen to footballing experts. Listen to fans. Listen to people who offer advice. Do the right thing for the sake of Cardiff City and your investment.
