The return to blue gives him the excuse to renege on his deal. This man is not to be trusted. The only positive in this story is that his business reputation has been damaged. He has proven himself to be dishonest by refusing to change the debt to equity. He has shown a very poor judgement in putting a CEO in place who is unable to have a simple sign off process for the transfer of player. His public communications are totally unprofessional, his critique of his former employees is quite shocking. He has shown a great lack of respect to his +25,000 paying customers by not listening them. Also he had an existing brand "Cardiff Bluebirds", which had value which is totally ignored. From a brand perspective, the "Always be Blue" slogan is quite powerful. Additionally the Cardiff City Fans have received a lot of positive media coverage with regards to support for Malky, clapping Marshall for his save vs Chelsea even after Chelsea scored, and their overall good humour i.e. dancing the Poznan against Man City. Perhaps the brand that Tan should be selling is to convince Asia fans to follow the unique humour, loyalty and the strength of the supporters. Cardiff City supporters were long portrayed as the "terrorist" hooligan, fortunately they have now evolved into the "resistance fighter"! Tan should realise that going to war with his own customers is pointless. "Listening to customers" is one of the key characteristics of a successful business.

Please use the official CCFC Club crest and blue borders in your papers. The blue behind the SWE banner on the front page would also be very good to embrace.
