If you can get 100% of the students to sign on to this idea and submit a petition by 4:30pm on Tuesday, I will let you all use an 8x11 page single sided study guide in your OWN handwriting. However, if the group chooses this option I will have to modify the exam so that it is exclusively short answer/application questions rather than identification questions. If so, there will be 5 questions of which you will have to answer 4.

The current level of participation demonstrates a clear consensus regarding the shift to an application based final. I am preparing the formal document to present to the professor and will verify the final count before submission.

short answer is way better than memorizing a million random terms i am down for this!!
Idk if 5 questions is easier but having the cheat sheet is a huge help.
