As an Alpine resident for 12 years, there are better ways to use this money. Improvements to the Little League fields & the city pool would be a great place to start.

TPP did not come up with this project on their own. Zimmer and Stephen's told them what they wanted. Zimmer and Stephen's haven't got a clue.

There are many things our city of Alpine needs. The city pool is in need of a major upgrade and would benefit our children. Let's focus on improving what we have.

We also need to look into what the city needs to help the city employees fix the roads. Yes the parks could be upgraded but our roads really need to get fixed.
I do not believe we need this path, why???? Let's fix what is broken not add to something will break and need to get fixed.

Yes, I think open meetings for the citizenry to voice opinions would be great; maybe desired items/services could be narrowed down and put to a vote.

My kids are all grown up now, but with having grandkids I'd love to see that they have more for them to do in Alpine. I believe it would be great for Alpine.

We need to use this money to improve what everyone uses on a daily like little league fields, parks and the city pool. A walking trail is not needed! We need to improve the things we already have not add things that we will soon not be abe to maintain. Bathrooms at the park is something that is very much needed for our community.

I think part of this should go towards the youth for their recreational sports. The youth football team is on need of equipment desperately and we may not be able to play this year because of it. Invest in our future Alpine by investing in its youth!

This is a democratic society and the citizens of Alpine should choose where the money should be used, and not San Antonio group. Our kids need a nice pool and recreational park not a walking trail . Who' s buddy is getting the job.
