Whereas, we the expatriates of Aloran, Misamis Occidental Philippines are serving as the "Instrument of Voice" for the poor and politically oppressed people of Aloran, Philippines. Whereas, as "Intrument of Voice" we are seeking justice from the newly elected President of the Philippines to investigate the corrupted election process and results performed in May 2010 Mayoral Election by the incumbent Mayor Jimmy Regalado and his staff and campaign workers. Whereas, as "Intrument of Voice" we are urging the Philippine Commission on Election (COMELEC) Chairman to reveal to us and to the people of Aloran the correct and untainted election results for the Mayoral seat of Aloran, Misamis Occidental, Philippines. Whereas, as “Instrument of Voice” we are urging the COMELEC to provide us and the people of Aloran with the original copy of election results directly extracted from the Central Election Server. Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are urging the Philippine COMELEC Chairman to investigate the reason as to why 5 Barangay (County) Election Results were opened and tampered. Whereas, as “Instrument of Voice” we are urging the Philippine COMELEC Chairman to investigate the reason as to why two election “chips” from the Barangays of Pelong and Conat are missing. Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are urging the Philippine COMELEC Chairman to nullify any tampered, and manipulated election results. Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are urging the Philippine Commission on Audit to conduct municipality-wide audit on the National Government Funds allocated to Aloran during the last decade which is suspected of being mismanaged and embezzled by the Mayor and his staff. Whereas, as “Instrument of Voice” we are urging the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to investigate the firearms that was confiscated from the Mayor's vehicle at election time which violated the Philippine Election Gun Ban. Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are respectfully asking the proper Philippine Authorities to restore justice to the poor people of Aloran and to protect them from extortion (such as disconnecting the sole water supply of certain Barangays who did not vote for the Mayor, and destroying the roads with buldozer) performed by the Mayor and his staff. Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are respectfully urging the Philippine Department of Health as to why the Government-subsidized medicine supply is housed at the Aloran Mayor's Office.  Whereas, as "Instrument of Voice" we are urging the Philippine Department of Health to investigate and prosecute the Mayor and his staff for dispensing the Government-subsidized medicine and used to extort the poor people of Aloran who did not vote for him.  Whereas, as “Instrument of Voice” we are respectfully urging the proper Philippine Authorities to investigate the abuses and corruption made by the incumbent Mayor of Aloran, Misamis Occidental Philippines. Whereas, as “Instrument of Voice” we are making this call for justice for the poor and the oppressed Aloran people so that they can exercise their birthrights – their Human Rights.
