Integrated Services is nothing more than a violation of the IRS Private Letter Ruling which allowed Allstate to divest it's agency force into Independent Contractor status.

This will mis of what sets us apart, an in person, very valued agent. It will also require more letting go of employees, cutting out of marketing and mass exodus of the agency force.

My husband and I own 4 agencies. There is no way we would be able to stay afloat if IS becomes mandatory.

IS would essentially bankrupt my agency.

I would go bankrupt. To keep that from happening I would have to fire both LSPS. I would then be at the office alone. I would also have to stop buying leads.

I have 6 highly trained LSPS and CSRs as part of my staff. I pay mostly on revenue driving value. I would have to reduce my staff from 6 to 1 and stop purchasing leads and also stop marketing of any sort. I also have a large note on purchasing my book of business. IS would essentially put me out of business. I’ve hit national conference and honor ring from every year for 4 years in a row. My business could never afford to sign up for IS

I am a second generation Allstate agent and have been with Allstate for 17 years. I wanted to retire at 65, but after hearing of integrated services I am thinking about selling and going to another company. Our company does not care as much about us as we do about them. I need to work and represent a company that cares about their agents. We are not employees and I believe mandating such services is against IRS tax laws as an independent contractor.
