11,000 cats and dogs suffer and are euthanized daily.
These animals endure poor living conditions, overcrowding, lack of food, exercise and someone to love them. Millions of dogs and cats are being abandoned and neglected, they die needlessly. Passing a bill that requires mandatory sterilization of pets, except for certain controlled situations, will save thousands of animal lives and virtually eliminate kill animal shelters. Please help us stop the rapidly expanding stray animal population, by making it mandatory to neuter and spay pets untill this law is no longer needed. Your signature can make a difference!
