As the United States Supreme Court is at this time reviewing a lawsuit seeking to overturn the federal law that currently restricts single-game sports betting to the State of Nevada, we, the undersigned, support legislation that would permit single-game sports betting in the four upstate New York casino gaming resorts, along with racinos, and OTBs, should the federal ban on sports betting be lifted.
