Please support this petition to allow a home occupation permit to Matthew Borchardt at 491 RIverhills Rd. The proposed business will be online with almost no foot traffic on site. Minimal inventory will be kept on site and no extra traffic is expected. They will be selling fishing, hunting, and archery supplies and will possibly have an FFL. They will of course abide by all state, local, and federal laws.
The local council continues to dodge my emails while pretending this simple permit request is some kind of major threat to our quiet neighborhood. I am tired of these bureaucrats blocking a small home business for no legitimate reason while we wait for them to provide a shred of evidence for their obstruction. Watch this space because I am taking my next set of questions directly to their offices.

Seems like a harmless idea honestly. If there is no traffic coming and going why do the neighbors even care. Good luck with the shop.

There is no reason that someone who wants to operate an online business from home, with literally no foot traffic to there house should not be aloud too!

The business will be all online so it's not going to cause any problems in the area. Definitely should be allowed to have this business in his home.
