Thank you for initiating this!
In light of the COVID crisis, I think it's important to empower residents to do as much as they can to be self-sufficient - within reasonable guidelines of course. I think it would benefit families and support the community (especially if there ever were to be a food shortage in the future) if we could be allowed to have chickens. They are easy to manage and contain; could really enrich hands-on learning and life skills for children; and could be a way to bring people closer together in our community. I really hope this petition gets approved.
