Our daughter needs her license to be able to maximize her ability use the running start program. We have been delayed by months now. It would be helpful if there were a temporary time adjustment between permit and license too at this point. Less people on the bus will also be helpful for public health this fall. Thank you

You are keeping Driving instructors from returning to work and getting off of unemployment- these students need to get their permits so they can obtain their required instruction and their licenses and so that the industry can go back to work !

Please put this plan into action. A learner's permit requires a parent to be in the car as well, so we should be able to vouch for these kids who need to be able to practice driving. Some of them have been waiting months, and how long will they have to wait due to the back up at DOL offices? Ease the burden on those offices and help all these new drivers. Thank you.

Please allow instruction permits to new drivers via online process. This is a great opportunity for driving students to get lots of practice, bond with their parents while they practice and get the experience they need to be better and safer drivers.

Please this is an unprecedented time that demands some flexibility for student drivers. The kids need practice driving and allowing them to get the permit online or renewed online would alleviate the mad rush to get to the DOL offices and negatively impact the goal of physical distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic. It just makes sense.
