My daughter should have gotten her permit in February, but due to an uninformed employee she was denied it. Now she is enrolled in a DriverZED course and can't do her drives and is unable to schedule an appointment at any DOL. Please fix this.

I was able to attain my drivers permit by driving to Wenatchee from Marysville. I don't want people to continue going through the same hassle I and others have.

I heard there are quite a few DOL's closed therefore making the one opened a lot harder and more busy to get in. How is this even possible? We are supposed to be social distancing, and this process is making it completely the opposite. Today's needs haven't changed, there are new driver's all the time starting out, you can't keep them on a bus when you have to social distance. My son is also a diabetic type 1 which puts him at risk for covid. These offices being closed have got to be messing CDL drivers, especially with Hazmat endorsements, I myself are one of them. I when online to try and change my address because I moved, which I was able to do, but can't get a new license. It says to try and get a replacement, well that didn't work, so I guess my address will just stay wrong, as much as we pay we shouldn't have to pay for a new one. I hate sometimes having a Hazmat endorsements, I automatically lose 1 year 6 to 5, and can NEVER RENEW ONLINE, something needs to be done, not to mention the cost is outrageous.

My daughter is signed up for Driver's Ed but cannot practice what she is learning because we can't get a permit. Please sign so she can drive to work. She will be 17 in November and this would help our family a lot. Thank you!
