Cairo has provided myself and many others a safe, friendly space to gather and create... featuring so many various talents, people are able to contribute to the experience in ways that help put food on our tables and force us to work together and network. As humans we need to have a healthy way to release all the stress we go through during the week. If we have no where to gather to dance and connect, what do you think we will be doing? This would devastate an entire community of people and cause so much depression, frustration, and confusion. We all know this doesn't lead to good things. Please, let's come to a fair agreement here.

It's been a crummy year for everyone. Please don't punish the club, and the people who need to get out and enjoy the club. Music soothes. This while country needs some soothing.

Cairo has been one of the only venues outside of Chicago that I would regularly even consider attending. The community and employees there are so welcoming, helpful and friendly it is like coming to a good friend's house. It would be a loss to the community that has formed and the community at large if they were not able to continue to operate.

This is a wonderful location run by wonderful, and respectful people! It'd be an absolute shame if they were shut down from doing live events.
