Cairo ale house is a gem in the community offering a place to attend shows and also host shows and perform bit offers artists a opurtunity to display their skills and network to move to the next step.

These guys give a platform to a number of artists that wouldn't have gotten gigs this year. It's not just the patrons and employees that need this venue, but also the artists that play.

The Cairo Ale House is the only reason I've been in the area. There are not enough venues in the suburbs as it is

The Cairo should be able to host live music. They have been a staple to the young people in our community and that is good.

The fabric of freedom and creativity has an effect on everybody. To take away these choice building blocks of inspiration and soul that is channeled through an establishment such as the Cairo seems spiteful. I have faith in the music and people, I don't have faith in our justice system.

Music, friends, food.... there is nothing harmful within this atmosphere. Cairo has been there for some very pivotal music moments in my life.

Best of luck to the owners of this place. They are one of a kind and show nothing but love to the community.

I saw the body cam footage & clearly his readings were capturing the noise outside & clearly not the music. I've been to this venue & everytime I would go out for some fresh air, its never as loud as they complain it is.

There’s a massive shortage of venues that provide a platform for original music in the Chicago suburbs and Cairo has long been a diamond in the rough in that regard. The loss of Cairo would be devastating to the music/artistic community

These charges are ridiculous. Cairo isn't really near anything that would be bothered by any noise (which I think they keep to a limit as well as any other live music venue.) Save Cairo!

There aren’t event houses nearby to complain about the minor noise that you can hear outside the venue.

DONT CLOSE CAIRO THEY WERE THERE FIRST and it’s not fair stop trying to shut down a business that has been open for 16 years

Let the live music live. Only one of a few things left to do in West Chicago.
