Oppose Censorship: Allow the International Conference on Men's Issues to go without harassment

Jennat Faralaise, Really now? Have you seen the mountains of video evidencen of feminists harassing and bullying MRA into censorship? How and where are the MRA promoting rape? You're just making a bunch of claims up out of thin air to try and further your own agenda. I find it incredibly ironic that you call it '' dangerous and delusional philosophies '' when feminists have been trying to make it ILLEGAL to criticize feminism in Europe. If you're not a feminist, there's a shit ton of people out there that immediately put a rapist and misogynist label on you.

Lighten up Ladies, what if this was for the ERA? If that's OK than so is this. You'll never get equal rights until you make equal rights for EVERYONE.

The actions of misandrist, uninformed and bigoted feminists can not be allowed in a democratic, free society.

It is incredible that anyone thinks this conference should be banned. It will be a rare and much needed opportunity for men's issues to be discussed after many years of neglect.

“City of Detroit” has a duty of care, to ensure citizens can express their constitutionally-protected free speech within Detroit, without fear of sabotage by radical feminist extremists. Any radical feminists attempting to censor this important conference, are oppressive. If the "City of Detroit" neglects it’s responsibility to protect community safety, including the safety of conference attendees, such city officials should be labelled as "oath-breakers", for breaking their oath of office.

There have been many disgusting, slanderous things said about these organizations. Mens's Rights + Women's Rights = HUMAN Rights.

Branding the MRM a 'hate group' is a convenient justification for silencing their viewpoint.

I have experienced firsthand the devistation caused by gender inequality and bias that exists in the family courts of Oakland County. My son was kidnapped by his mother in the middle of the night while I slept - no consequence - he was kept from me for weeks with NO contact - no consequence - I endured horrendous and false allegations of sexual misconduct with my son - no consequence - I had property stolen from me by my ex-wife and her family - no consequence - I stood by and watched my ex wife fabricate mental illness accusations against my son and I, stating without proof that a five year old child had multiple personality disorder - no consequence. I could go on and on citing examples of how outrageous my ex-wife's behavior has been and how the very real gender bias within the family courts not only permitted these behaviors without consequence but, in fact, due to their sanctioning of such abhorrent behavior actually emboldened such behavior. I will never understand how and why Fathers are so under-represented, de-valued and maligned in the family court system. I will never understand how child support calculations automatically re-calculate themselves when a raise is obtained, but remain unchanged when wages have been reduced. I will never understand why the courts do not acknowledge a reduction in earnings without having to spend time and money that most do not have in order to achieve fair and balanced treatment.
