I am in favor of allowing the International Conference on Men's Issues to go without harassment. I have a friend who is very involved with Men's Issues and getting the word out.

Terrorism works by frightening people into doing what it wants through force. How does a conference cause fear when the speakers do not condone violence? At best, this can only be considered a cult. But also not that cults generally do not allow criticism from outside sources and remains detached from the rest of society. With issues covering societal-wide problems, and encouraging debate, discussion, and disagreement, it would be quite difficult to class this as a cult event too. But of course there will be those who refuse to debate properly. This signature is to allow a proper debate to go on. Time to let "the other side" start talking.

Our boys are in trouble. Men have become disposable are considered rapists, pedophiles, violent abusers but nothing could be further from the truth. We need to rebuild our boys si that can be good Men of tomorrow.

I wish we didn't have to have men's issues groups and women's issues groups, and that we could work as cooperative partners, celebrating each others strengths, complimenting each other as equal but sometimes opposite, not the same, supporting each other in times of weakness. But what do i know?
