Please allow our conference to continue without interference from ideologues who seek the destruction of our freedom.

Jennat Faralaise. You have NO arguments whatsoever except from a link to a website which is pretty much the equivalent to reddit. You're the one trying to censor groups with opposing views. Look at feminism in Europe, trying to make it ILLEGAL to critique feminism. I find it incredibly ironic that you call em fascist when YOU are the ones standing outside, pulling fire alarms and just shouting and yelling, refusing to listen to other points of views. Not much to say, other than both men and women deserve the chance to talk about their issues.

Disagree if you disagree, but there is no place in America for sensoring free speech.

This is not a trivial or unnecessary conference. I believe it touches on very important and sensitive issues that boys and men face, which are sadly sweeped under the rug. Censorship will get us nowhere.

I generally disagree with the men's rights movement on issues such as feminism, rape culture, patriarchy, privilege, etc., and I think it is largely a forum for angry white men to vent about the women they hate. I even marched with the feminists in Detroit to urge the DoubleTree Hotel to not host the conference, and I doubt the speakers will be very enlightening. All of that said, I 100% support the right of this group to hold the conference and express their opinions publicly, which is why I feel no trepidation in signing this petition. We may disagree completely, but freedom of speech trumps all, in my opinion.

It's sad that we can't just figure equality out. I've felt the pregidous against me, particularly when applying and working for jobs (looked over for diversity [White male], and expected to do more work than my female count parts) and college (again, looked over because of my gender and color [white]).
