Men's rights are Human Rights and men are taking a beating on most areas because of feminism and its control over politicians.

This is important. Men and boys suffer just as much as women, but no one seems to care. I would love to live in a country where my boyfriend and I can get the same help regardless of what oru sex is. It's funny how many people still think that women are the ones without the "privledge"

I have a brother and I would never want to live in a world where feminists think they have a right to hurt him.

There is a great fear of men organizing to better the situation of themselves and boys by those who are intolerant of equality for the genders and of issues such as high suicide rates by men compared to women.

This is ridiculous. People always go "What have Men's Rights people done for their cause?" but then oppose them whenever they try to do anything.

I want this to be an example of how Feminism is NOT fighting for equality. I want this to show that even something as important as a help group isn't left alone because it helps Men. I want to show to the world that nobody is forcing Feminists' hands but they choose to protest this anyway because they don't want to be equal to men, they want to be superior. And I, for one, don't think anyone is above anybody else, we are all humans and we all share this earth. Let's go for EQUALITY, NOT Feminism.

If women's issues can rightly be discussed, men's issues also deserve the same treatment. Opposition to this conference betrays the very need for these discussions to take place.

I support the rights of boys and men. I do not feel threatened or intimidated by the discussion of these issues even if I don't agree with that person's point of view. I can think for myself. I oppose censorship, period! The MRM has my 100% devotion and support. I will continue to stand and fight along side the other MRAs until boys and men are acknowledged as full-blooded human beings. Detroit, I ask you to stand along side the MRM and support peace and order not hatred and chaos. Thanks!

Boys and men suffer often needlessly but always in silence. It's time to speak up in a safe and comforting environment.

Suicide statistics show that 1 in 4 boys commits suicide. Have a look at your son, father, brother, uncle and Grandfather and tell me they mean nothing to you!!! In this new era where billions of dollars is spent evry year by our Government to help women while men are untruthfully blamed for being the cause of women's issues do you not think we should be putting a little more importance on the well being of men and the issues that they face?

Apparently (although untruthfully) according to all the media Men are to blame for all female problems so does it not make sense to give a little more importance to males and the issues they live with on a daily basis? You would at least think the suicide statistics for male youth of 1out of every 4 commits suicide or attempts to (I can't remember exactly) would help people realize maybe men need some help??

I've studied post secondary social work. often lectures and textbook are biased. For example domestic violence according to statistics canada shows it to be equally perpetrated by females. That is not reflected in the halls of higher education. There is systemic misandry in the schools and family law.

Feminist dictatorship hurts women, because all women depend on exploitation of men, and abuse of men decreases productivity of men.

There is no reason why a conference for human rights shouldn't be allowed.

Because Men's and Boy's rights are Human Rights. Suppression of a non-violent human rights movemet is suppression of free speech.

As the President and CEO of Father's Time for the past 10 years or so, I have the misfortune of seeing the injustice that men face everyday on a regular basis. Men cry in the dark. This is why you have not heard about their pain in such a magnitude until now. AVFM and this International Conference is a great starting point for men to feel safe and publicly express the issues they are going through. As a man, a father, an African-American, and a advocate of gender equality, I support this completely.
