I have attended a wine tasting event at The Apple Tree in Ockbrook. It was quiet, discreet, and not at all noisy or a cause of any disturbance to neighbouring properties.

Evening Events-we need choice in this village! Its a small village and the apple tree adds value to our property prices and brings tourism to our village. they're not a pub - they are a teahouse offering a lovely classy service. YES from me.

This would do no harm and, in fact, would bring income to the area, with their 'specialist' evenings/afternoons. Likely less rowdy customers than the pub which is 10 metres away....

A superb little business, I think it will be fabulous for the occasional party/gathering for a few friends. And quite simply, the nature of the business won't attract oafs/drunks and troublemakers!!!
Can't wait to return again as it's such a pleasure to come to.
