We should support our small local businesses, especially in todays difficult climat. Little caffees like this do not bread and encourage binch drinking like other places I could mention and they do get licences.

This is a beautiful little tea house which all the residents will benefit from having in their village.
I know Ockbrook which has 3 local pubs, so I dont see how a little shop having a late licence for occasional evenings is any different from the pubs being open and serving alcohol until 11pm?
If the pubs are allowed licences then so should the tea house!

The Apple Tree is a wonderful cafe, in the heart of a lovely village, and it should be able to put on events in the evenings. It is a small cafe on a main road, therefore this would not have an effect upon neighbours, but would be a welcomed addition to the village.
