This licence poses no threat to anyone living nearby. The gift shop is merely trying to do something nice and to bring people together. This person should be supporting local small businesses

Me and my family attend apple tree because it is a lovely quiet place to visit not at all rowdy
Why someone would want to prevent them expanding into covering the evening when they add so much to the area it's not like that are asking for a Rave liscence

Surely as long as the licence holder is responsible this is comparable to the pub along the road having a drinks licence.
