Allow The Apple Tree Teahouse to have an extension of their alcohol licence from 5pm - 10pm Thursday - Saturday and Sundays

Everyone involved within this business have worked so hard for years to get it to where it is today and it astounds me how easy it is to stop hardworking committed individuals to better their business to make it as secure and successful as they possibly can..I hope your permission is granted Appletree..having your own business can hard enough at the best of times without people making it more difficult for you.Derby Council I hope you will make the right decision and support a local business.

Makes me so cross that people can't just support small business what a cruel place we live in these small narrow minded people have nothing better to do than try to spoil something that is working perfectly good

I actually live in london but used to live in Derby. I saw this on a friends facebook wall. It is great to see small businesses doing well and so disappointing people aren't supporting!

So sorry you're going through this! Lovely evening soirées at the Apple Tree is a wonderful idea. I am looking forward to attending one of your events at some point and think a licence is entirely appropriate and more importantly unlikely to cause any disruption to anyone.

I can't think of a better premises to hold wine testing classes & cristmas events, lovely, quaint premises ideal for a classy evening out.
