This needs to be addressed immediately. The students need and deserve 24/7 access to power, WiFi, and a chair to study.

It seems contradictory to supposedly promote "learning" when you can't even provide a safe environment for students to study outside of class hours.

I feel with the long wait and tuition paid, we should be able to enjoy our building. For those who focus more at school, including myself, would love to enjoy and use the breakout rooms in the new building. Being able to access the original mod building, with the anticipation of the new building we would like to use it. With a challenging curriculum, multiple classes, and limited library hours, having more breakout rooms to accommodate those who like studying here is what we are excited about. Extending the hours for the new building that house the student lounge, breakout rooms, and restrooms would help the student body and allow us the opportunity to appreciate where we came From and what we have now.

With locations to study becoming more and more restricted in the area, it is preposterous that those who wish to remain on campus to further put in efforts to become professionals in the field of pharmacy are not allowed to.

With a vigorous curriculum, many of the students study for long hours preparing for exams. The library closes at 10pm most nights and others 9pm. A lot of students relocate to the mods because of the 24 hour access. Extending the accessible times for Kiho’iho’i is vital for our success in the school.

With the anticipation of the new building, the student body was very excited when the opening ceremony commenced. However, there are some frustrations with the time constraint due to many organizations preparing schedules based off of the modular building availability of last semester. I understand that the whole building may not be available but I believe that by at least having Lecture Halls A & B, breakout rooms, and student lounge open past 6 PM we will be able to conduct all of the meetings for organizations as well as have more study space to prepare for exams. Although we have access to the old modular building for some study space, it is still too small to conduct General Body Meetings and accommodate for all the students in the organizations. A simple key card, as used previously for the old building, would be a great tool in furthering our access and overall success as students.

We like the ability to study on campus and it would be nice to have the place to study.

The ability to use our new building for studying and student organizational events is vital to our success and growth as student pharmacists.
