We the citizens and supporters of Saint Ann MO petition city hall to change the language of SECTION 400.370: PERMITTED USES of retail to include retail sales of used goods, wares and merchandise, provided that the retailer have a return policy of a minimum 7 days after purchase. This return policy must have at a minimum store credit being given on all items being returned.
Our citizens can benefit greatly from the cost savings that quality resale shops can offer.
