Simply because I filed several legitimate complaints against the Village of Doral Place, they filed a frivolous suit against me. They have also used all kinds of dirty tricks against me such as intimidation, sleep deprivation, harassment, illegal organized surveillance by their security guards, their two handyman and the female janitor. For the past nine years we have an ongoing toilet back up and sewer problem, which they haven't fixed.

It's time to staff this office with people who support the condo owners and not the management companies.

I want to stop any further collusions among the DBPR, property managers and lawyers. Many of us can attest on the pressure that some of DBPR’s staff suffer by association lawyers

Los inquilinos da verguenza. Mi Condo ha depreciado mucho mientras mas rentan y menos dueños viven, habitan y duermen en la residencia.

The DBPR is a government agency and should be held legally accountable for its failures. Lawsuits need to be filed.

We have to get rid of all of the bad apples in our associations, due to the fact that I filed several complaints against them they use their employees to do their dirty work, believe me I know it has happened to me for the last four years. Since they were unable to get rid of me they filed a frivolous suit against me which is still ongoing.

The FL Governor should start to be mentioned on everything the DBPR is failing on. It is HOS appointed agency and it should reflect directly against him. Either lawsuits or a vote against his office should be getting addressed and start to be convoked. Pleading to an agency which by law has NO CONSEQUENCES for "failures or negligence" will never get any results for us.
