I believe marijuana should be recreationally legal. It cant kill and does no damage to the body. In fact its good for you and a form of non addictive medicine

Klamath politicians need to do more to get the Meth outta Klamath, and could maybe afford to if they allow recreational sales of marijuana...

This could be the salvation this dying town needs. Not to mention if this were finally undemonized then they could focus their war on crime/drugs on the REAL thing. Focus on the meth heads that are bringing the crime not the people that are fighting to use the law a meth head can't do that! Nor does it hold curtive properties to help us the sick.

This ban will do more bad than good. The most obvious reason is money. Ruining business opportunities for local shop owners. all the money spend on marijuana would be in nearby cities. it would remove possible job opportunities in the city. Also the ban would have a chance of generating crime since users would have an option of either getting it from a nearby city or buying it illegally, and all for something they have the right to do. All the reasons for the ban can be prevented with a plan, but if the taxes from sales are going to the schools not only is it causing all of that, but you are preventing schools from buying new, more up to date books, pay for a trip, or even buy the sports teams new gear. It's a step in the wrong direction for our city.

Smoked since I was 12 and still raised my family. Paid taxes and never been arrested. Married for 25 years to a none smoker. This does not make you a bad person like meth does

I think that the excuse that minors could get it easier is SO funny!! I bet more minors use this on a regular basis that adults do!! It's just a cop out...trying to make a name for Klamath Falls, well I really don't think that this is the name you really want to make!! Think about it.....

It is now legal and I truly feel like our community should bennifet from the tax revenue that it will bring to the community we find our town struggling to keep the jail open to house hard criminals and struggle to afford to keep police on patrol to help keep us safe plus the help it could give us for our schools
