We wish for Stoke-on-Trent City Council to make the Bus Lanes available to us as Licenced Taxi Drivers of the City. The change of layouts around Hanley are also proving difficult for our customers who have mobility issues as they are no longer able to be dropped off near their destinations. Ultimately both Taxi drivers and the businesses of Hanley are losing out to custom.
