We are sick of public officials denying other internet services into Maysville. This petition aims to bring voice to the community, and let them know we will not sit silently while they fill their pockets from Limestone Cable. We want spectrum and other internet providers in Maysville to give the community the internet they deserve. Not allowing other services also gives Limestone the ability to charge whatever price they want because of no competition. We all have a voice, and we deserve to be heard. I moved here from out of state and the internet prices here are double what I used to pay. Ridiculous.
Limestone is way to expensive for the slow speeds we get. Its basically stealing at this point.
Monopolies are killing this town. Just let someone else come in and do the job right.
GIVE US SPECTRUM
If other options are serving the area we should have access to a fair competitive market. One ISP is simply a monopoly that can set its rates without worrying of competitive pricing.
