Horse racing is fun and very entertaining. Although we have a lot of people that loves horse racing in the city of Charlottesville and it's surrounding counties, we have to go great distances to wager a bet on a horse race. So I have started a petition to present to the city of Charlottesville to allow Off Track Betting in the city.
