These mini pigs are pets. The one I had was raised and lived in my home in Alabama. One of the best pets I have ever owned. Would get another if the city of Azle allowed them.

I don't see a problem with a mini pig as a pet. So long as someone isn't raising them as farm animals in the city limits I don't see anything wrong with it. Not much bigger and less smelly than a ferret

I understand no pigs in the city limits but not across the board, there should be exceptions.

If this animal, isn't bothering anyone where's the problem? I'm a dog owner, but we aren't prejudice.I have house dogs, and yet at times I go to my mailbox and step in stiff that my anima ' s are not responsible for. And people are allowed to have outdoor cats to roam wherever they please. I don't dislike cats it's just they seem to have special set of rules.

Please allow the pig to stay and change the ordinance. Merle is a household pet and a friend. He poses no hazards to the people or property of Azle.
