This change is detracting from my spiritual life. It is so difficult to pray intimately with God when standing and everyone singing. I am tempted toward disobedience of the bishop as I feel this change in the mass loses so much reverence for the true presence of our Lord in the Eucharist.

Let every knee bend at the name of Jesus! Certainly, let every knee bend at His presence on the altar!

Always err on the side of showing too much (not possible) reverence than too little.

I am in the Youngstown Diocese and we kneel both before and after Communion. I continue to do so even when I am visiting another parish. It has always been a sign of reverence and should be respected by request of the parishioners.

It is in my heart that after receiving the holy Eucharist we should Neil in Thanksgiving rather than standing and watching everyone that we know that might’ve come to mass on that day

Any day I will stand in honor of a Bishop or priest, but when I come face-to-face with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ Through the precious body and blood in the Eucharist I will get down on my knees which is the highest form of adoration. Standing only causes us to have our eyes wander that what everyone's wearing and how many people came to church. When receiving Christ in the Eucharist we need to have our head in our hands praying to him as we are intimutly one with him at that very moment. Thank you And God-bless.

From what I understand, EVERY other diocese in the United States kneel during communion! Our Lord's body is being shared, we should be on our knees, in prayer and adoration at that time!
