Allow KHS Students To Carry Backpacks On Campus

Let us please have back packs its my freshman year and i would really like to carry a backpack because I always struggled to carry my stuff in middle school it was such a hassle.

We should be allowed to carry our backpacks to make it easier for us and help us get to our classes on time

This is so stupid what are females gonna do with our stuff we need monthly or how do you expect us to get our stuff and get to class in 5 minutes.

These kids have too much to carry and not enough time to run back and forth between classes to exchange books at their locker.

That's ridiculous you should be able to do whatever you want to do.

You’re messing up our education

It’s not right that we cannot carry backpacks and are expected to be able to get to our classes on time while now making a stop wherever our lockers are located. What happens if we forget something we will have to leave class, missing out on the lesson or work time just in order to have the materials needed for just that ONE class.

There are no possible ways to do this without backpacks. You’re going to mess up our education.

My understanding is that there is barely time in between classes to use the restroom, let alone get to your locker. There will be more computers damaged by someone dropping them because they won't be contained when kids are rushing to their classes.

also those of us who are juniors or seniors don’t even remember how to use a combination lock, since the last time we’ve really used one was 3-4 years ago... all of this is already a gigantic hassle, for upperclassmen it’ll be even more trouble.

We need bags ware will we put all of are stuff the lockers are to small

I think it’s dumb to not be able to wear are backpacks when are classes have heavy books and I’m pretty sure teachers aren’t going to want to have books from other class all over there classrooms

I don’t go to kokomo but i couldn’t imagine not having a backpack to carry around, especially in that big of a school.

This is an unnecessary rule. We should be able to have a backpack to carry all of our belongings in. It is too much to go to our lockers between EVERY passing period to fldog out what we need for that class. It takes away time we could be using to go to the restroom before classes.
