Justin Bieber should be allowed to live where he pleases , he is a human just like all of us and he has made his mistakes and he is learning from them , sad to say that he has learned more from his mistakes then all of you priviliged kids that live in coto that also drink, get high ,drive reckeless so I approve of Bieber moving to OC , I am a supporter and I see nothing wrong with him being allowed to move into Coto !
