I am the father of Isaiah Alamillo and Coach Jeff was his coach last season. It was Isaiah's first ever season playing soccer and the coach taught him a lot especially team work. As you both know, he took our team to the championship in Bullhead City. He also stood fast against a rude and disrespectful Bullhead City team that any other person would have walked away from and not defend their players. He defended his players with professionalism and honesty and due to his actions our team moved onto the championship game against Pahrump. This email is being sent to both of you with the cordial request to allow the coach to regain his position and coach our kids. We are a team of not just players, but of one that united against adversity. His opinions and suggestions are not done for personal gain, but for what could be best for our children. Your actions are unwarranted and unappreciated by my son, wife and myself. If you decide to uphold your decision we will contact all parents and not allow our children to play at AYSO!

This was my son's 1st year with AYSO and when we first met Jeff he was very welcoming. I thought he was great with the kids and not only did we go to Bullhead City, he help the team stood fast against the rude team as the kids also came together and made it to the final game. We signed up for another season with AYSO in hopes that our son was once again on Jeff Daprizio's team.

To everyone in here I write this with a heavy heart. I appreciate all your support and kind words. But what I am most proud of is all of you standing up for your own believes. It shows everyone your not just kids but young adults. Don't ever lose faith and always stand up for your rights. Go Wolfpack!!!

Jeff Daprizio was my best coach to ever have. He taught me how to work with a team. He should not be banned just for stating an opinion and speaking for himself and players as well as their parents.

Jeff has been involved with AYSO1258 for as long as I've know him. The kids love playing on his team, they learn and become a family. He lioves the game and enjoys coaching . He has always been fair and has always looked out for everyone.

Jeff has been coaching me since I moved to Vegas and not only have I had the most fun on his team as compared to anyone else I've played for, but honestly he's also one of the few people who I actually feel comfortable coaching me at all.

Jeff has been my coach for 5 seasons now and I have had nothing but the best experience. I came into this league nervous and had not played before, and he took the time to work with me on getting better. Not only has he taught me to be a better soccer player but has also taught me what teamwork and dedication is. Every season he takes the time to get to know each and every one of his players strengths and weaknesses. One of the most important things he has stressed to all his players is that it's not all about winning... it's about communication, team bonds, and working together and fighting for something you want. Everyone comes to have a good time with friends and play fair soccer and Jeff was only speaking what he felt needed to be done. Taking him out means loosing not only great players but a PHENOMENAL coach! Bring coach Jeff back!!

Jeff Daprizio is the best coach AYSO has had. To ban him would be to the detriment of AYSO. Jeff has consistently taken good players (not the best the league has), and turned them into champions. All of the coaches could learn a little from Jeff. Season after season his team wins when it counts because he is one of the few coaches that know how to teach these kids to play as a team, and not as individuals or a few good players. Every child on the field is consistently working together and responsible for the teams wins and losses. This is from true quality coaching. Don't hate... You have to reinstate. This is just political BS, and it is only going to hurt the AYSO to lose such a great coach and truely genuine person that knows how to bring these kids together and work as an effective unit. Shame on you AYSO for this joke of a decision. REINSTATE COACH JEFF!

Jeff is the only coach in the AYSO U19 league that actually cares about the players and takes the time to get to know their strengths and weaknesses and train them accordingly. Jeff has been my coach for four or so seasons and none of the other coaches compare to him. There is a reason all of his teams get along and all the other ones struggle, he believes in us and teaches us to believe in eachother. He treats us like his children and our team treats eachother like family. I've been playing in AYSO since 2003, and it won't be the same without him. Losing Jeff would mean losing a lot of the players. Banning someone for speaking up against the wrong-doings of AYSO is wrong, and I certainly hope they will let him back on the board.

I have been playing in the AYSO summerlin league for three seasons now and every season Jeff has been my coach. He has made the player that I am today without him I dont want to play. He treats us like family and friends that is why we do so well as a team, because of the bonds that he has forged with us. He should not be banned from coaching because he spoke out for us, the players, because of the rule changes that make it harder for us to have fun playing soccer. When we all signed the papers to get us into the league it stated that there was a buddy system so that friends can be on the same team and so that people that don't live close can carpool to practices and games. I wouldn't be able to participate in this league without the buddy system because of where i live. I live 30 miles from community park and without carpooling with other players on my team thanks to the buddy system. Jeff spoke out for us the players and parents and got punished for it so please help get him back.

I also have been playing in the AYSO summerlin league for three seasons now and every season Jeff has also been my coach. He has brought unity to our team and players. Without a strong coach like him, I wouldn't be the player I am today. He treats us all like family and friends that is why he's shouldn't be banned.. He shouldn't be banned from coaching, cause he's always been there to help and make the best for the team. But now as the rules have changed they are making it harder for a team to be united and work together.. I live 33 miles from community park and without carpooling with other players, it's harder to make it to games and practice.. Jeff spoke out for the teams and parents and got punished for it so please allow Jeff back into coaching..

This is totally ridiculous.. It is beyond bogus for someone to be punished for an opinion, especially pertaining to the interest of the players. Jeff Daprizio is the main reason I stay with the A.Y.S.O. league in general. I have been considering many club opportunities, but I stay because of my passion for the game, and the family COACH JEFF DAPRIZIO created for everyone. We all know that Jeff is passionate about his coaching, and it is incorrect to withdraw that from him for sticking up for his beliefs. I planned on playing this season but now, because of this, I am reconsidering. A.Y.S.O. is supposed to be a league of fun, not drama. I am disappointed and saddened of how ignorant this decision was. This not only affects the coach, but ALL us players. Some may stay, and some will be forced to quit because of the inability to attend following the dismissal of the buddy system. I am convinced if someone were to poll all of the U19 players, they would all agree that Jeff is excellent. It is a shame, and a MAJOR mistake for the league. I truly hope this issue gets resolved, Alyssa Timmons

I agree with all those comments Jeff is a great coach, you voice your opinion and your out? Jeffs a great coach and I feel there jealous so now not Jeff alone is punished but the kids too they want this coach and he deserves a chance to say how he feels. Hes a great coach and father how many other fathers are out there????? I think this all needs to be resolved and reconsidered as Jeff has been there for these kids how many parents wouldnt believe in Jeff, hes not just a coach hes a friend to these kids and cares about each and everyone of them please reconsider your decision as this will be a great lose to alot of kids ......Jeff is a great coach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first season in AYSO but it was the best season I have had. Jeff is an amazing coach but an even better friend. He made us all feel like an actual family. It is ridiculous how just having an opinion can get someone suspended. Without Jeff I wouldn't be the player I am today. He has made me a better player and I owe it all to Jeff. He has made us all a better team and taught us so much and I don't think I could've ever been the player I am today without him. Jeff has always offered to help with us and that's what made him an amazing coach and it is preposterous how he is being punished for helping us out. Not only is it punishing him but it is also punishing us. It is like missing a member of the family. Please reconsider this decision and bring Jeff back!

Think the fact coach got in trouble at Area Tournie in AZ and its nothing to do with buddy system. I got it confirmed that the Buddy System hasn't been removed and Jeff hasn't had a row with the Board and he hasn't been banned.

The buddy's system is the same as it was, maybe ask the Board because I was told no change and it aint been discussed.
