people need work and golf is one where everyone can keep their distance easily. A few mods on the green to the cup and flag ... should be relatively safe.

Being able to go outside and golf helps me to stay healthy both physically and emotionally. We are able to practice social distancing and not touch metal rakes or pins. We need golf to help us get through such stressful times.

Golf is a game that can be played using social distancing. I see people biking, hiking, fishing, so there seems to be no reason why golf can't be played, while walking, to help reduce stress.
