It's time to get back to semi normal and reopen the golf courses. It should be easier to find this petition on line. I had to search for quite a while to find

We can be safe on golf courses by walking and keep distance. Golf will allow for people to get outside and exercise.

One of the safest activities- walking outdoors; plenty of space between golfers; non-contact; non-impact exercise. NJ is a police state.

When did we Americans allow narcissistic governors to control our lives. We don’t need these people to take away our right to use judgement to protect ourselves and others. In NJ we have governor who ignores the first amendment because it is "above his pay grade". We allow this kind of power to a person who so disregards our inalienable rights.
Sure we need to be safe and we must as a society insure the common good. That needs to be tempered with common sense. Arresting people for attending a church service while in their cars with the windows up, arresting a mother for pushing her daughter on a swing, while keeping the subways open and trains running in NY and North Jersey. Preventing us from walking on a golf purse in the open air. Preventing walking on the beach in Ship Bottom and other shore areas.
It’s time we let our collective voices tell these self proclaimed rulers that we elected them and they work for us. I say we throw all the scoundrels out in the next election and put in people who respect the constitution including the Bill of Rights.

It is ridiculous that all golf courses were ordered close. Especially the private courses where it would be easily controlled with restrictions. It is apparent that the governor did not give it enough thought. We need to have him give us a specific reason for closing private courses.
