Golf Courses provide the outdoor exercise and the distancing mandates. Good for mental health of resident of NJ. Should be opened for golf only.

It might be acceptable also if carts were permitted for just one person and assurance that the cart has been totally disinfected between each user/round. Additionally, each new user should wipe-down the cart again with their own disinfectant wipes.

Use pull carts. Stay 10 feet apart. Pin remains in. It’s simple. Outdoor activity is healthy! Golf courses should be OPEN under those rules!!!!

With those few recommended precautions, there is no reason golf course should not open. It's as conducive to social distancing as one can get.
